crude was at 69 wehn storm was not dead center NOLA then as it became obvious no flood, oil dropped to 65.50

same time stocks s&p was down 9 at worst last night when storm wasnt headed right to NOLA down only 4 as soon as clear no flood, has surged up 7 to 9
