I went to "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Network." It looked like my setting was already on sutodetect so I selected all and hit apply. Then I went to File->Open URL, pasted in the URL and now it's running.

Thanks for the posts (I put a link to your journal in my journal) and the video feed.
