There is no flooding in the CBD that we can see. I think the news has reported flooding in down town. This is incorrect as best we can tell. The city has not flooded at all. In fact, there's barely any water on the ground at all.

I am going to eat. back in a bit.

I heard flooding in Ward 9 - but I have no idea where/what Ward 9 is?

The boundaries of Ward 9 are:

Almonaster, the Lake, St. Bernard Parish Line, & the River.
